About Friends of Rasor Park
Friends of Rasor Park are volunteers organized to preserve this Greenway park as open space and a natural area. Friends have planted and cared for thousands of native trees, shrubs and wildflowers in the park under agreements with the City of Eugene since the 1990s. We mow walking paths through the meadow, grub out weeds, and work to nudge along the savanna-prairie restoration.

There Are Many Ways To Help!
We rely on volunteers to keep up on the work in the park all year around. There are many ways you can help—either on your own, with a team, or at a Second Saturday Work Party.

ALL YEAR we need help with weeding,
invasives removal, and trash pickup.
FALL and WINTER are PLANTING SEASON.
SPRING is the time for MOWING and TRIMMING.
SUMMERS we may do a little WATERING and SEED HARVEST.

We'd love to hear from you today!
