Help Us Tackle Blackberry, Thistles and Other Weeds to Nudge Along the Prairie Restoration

We will work on weeding a prairie patch or two, clipping blackberry, digging vinca, or possibly pulling thistles before they set seed.

It helps if you can bring your own water bottle and gloves. Long sleeves and pants protect from thorns and stickers. Knee pads are a good idea if you have them, and maybe a favorite hand weeding tool.

Come enjoy the goldenrod and aster, and continuing bluebirds, and help us keep an eye out for Monarch visitations to the milkweed!
